GovernorsOnline allows governing bodies to organise and store information relating to the governing body in one place online. This means that the information can be maintained easily and shared with all governors.
The information is stored under six main headings but links are maintaned between these sections to maintain consistency. For instance, if a governor is entered as a member of a committee in the Committee section this will also be visible on the individual governor's record under Governors.
There is a Home page that users see when they first log on. This gives a summary of useful information relating to the governing body. See an exaple Home page here.

Governorsonline has been used in Suffolk schools for over 10 years. It has proved to be a valuable and reliable resource for organising and sharing information about the governing body. It is now available for schools across the country for just £100 per year. The system had recently been given a facelift and new features added. Further developments are also underway to make the system even more useful for governors.

GovernorsOnline will no longer be offered by Schools Choice in Suffolk from 1st April 2017. However, it will still be available to schools on an individual basis at a cost of £100 + VAT per annum.
